No. Instead, book a free online demo and we will show you everything, with your own questions answered.

Yes. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Payment is by card through Stripe, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

You can move up to a bigger package at any time from your Subscription page; you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down is not available.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and can download your data during that time. After that the account closes and your data is deleted three months later. We email you before it is deleted.

No. FileAhead tracks deadlines, records each stage and chases your clients. Filing stays with you and your usual software.

Add a client's company number and we fetch their year end, due dates, status and directors from Companies House. We check again every night, so changes reach your records automatically.

Text reminders use prepaid SMS credits, bought in packs from your Subscription page. One credit sends one text of up to 160 characters, and credits last three months. Email reminders do not need credits.

They come from your firm, using your own email account and signature, so replies come straight back to you.

Yes. Import your clients from a spreadsheet (CSV), and add company numbers to have the rest filled in from Companies House.

Each firm's data is kept separate from every other firm's, all connections are encrypted, and you decide exactly what each member of your team can see and do. Our own support access is logged.

A copy of FileAhead in your own brand: your logo, colours, web address and sending email, for your business's own use. We host and maintain it. Register your interest and we will send a quote.
